These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.myleadhop.com (the "Site") operated by LeadHop ("LeadHop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

LeadHop is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Contact: sales@myleadhop.com. We do not list a public street office address or phone number on this Site.

1. Who these Terms cover

The Site is intended for adults acting on behalf of a business. You represent that you have authority to use the Site and to submit information for that business.

2. Informational nature of the Site

Content on the Site, including descriptions of Leak Fix (Light, Standard, and Heavy) and Local Keep, prices shown, and process explanations, is marketing information. It is not a binding service contract by itself. A paid engagement begins only when you and LeadHop enter a separate written agreement or accepted statement of work.

We may update Site copy, pricing displays, or packaging. Posted prices are current marketing figures as of publication and may change. If a signed agreement conflicts with Site copy, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

3. No ranking or results guarantees

Search engines and maps change. LeadHop does not guarantee any Google Maps position, search ranking, volume of leads, calls, or jobs, review counts, star ratings, or restoration of a suspended profile. Statements about the capture-path work, the proof we send, approval before Google edits, and policy compliance describe our operating commitments when you hire us under a separate agreement. They are not a promise of a particular market outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Submit false business facts, fake contact details, or content you do not have rights to provide
• Attempt to probe, scrape at unreasonable rates, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• Use the Site to send spam or to collect personal information about others without authority

We may refuse service, ignore submissions, or block access when we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

5. Forms and communications

When you submit the contact form at /contact, you authorize us to email you about your inquiry, including proof, access instructions, and follow-up. A request to /start redirects to that form. You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, or other highly sensitive credentials through Site forms.

6. Services, payment, and cancellation

Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, refunds, and cancellation terms for Leak Fix or Local Keep are set in your separate client agreement. The Site describes Leak Fix as a one-time fix at the band that fits, and Local Keep as month to month with cancel anytime and an export. High-level Site descriptions do not replace that agreement. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, unpaid invoices may pause work.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and arrangement, is owned by LeadHop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape for competitive reuse, modify, or redistribute Site materials without our prior written consent, except for limited quoting with attribution for non-commercial commentary.

Client-owned domains, websites, Google Business Profiles, and client-provided content remain the client's property, subject to the client agreement and platform terms. LeadHop does not take the domain or the Google listing if an engagement ends.

8. Third-party services and platforms

Google, Apple, Bing, email providers, hosting providers, and similar platforms have their own terms. LeadHop is not responsible for those platforms' decisions, outages, policy changes, or suspensions. Work we perform is intended to stay inside applicable platform terms; your underlying account standing remains your responsibility.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADHOP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADHOP AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SEPARATE LIMITS MAY APPLY UNDER A SIGNED CLIENT AGREEMENT FOR PAID SERVICES.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadHop from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such disputes lie in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and LeadHop regarding the Site and supersede prior Site-related understandings. They do not create a partnership or employment relationship.
